Biography
He has held important positions in academics (JN Medical college, Aligarh; AIIMS, New Delhi; Sharjah Medical College and Mahatma Gandhi Medical University, Jaipur); industrial research (Ranbaxy New Drug Discovery and Fortis Clinical Research Ltd) Diagnostic labs (Religare SRL Diagnostics and Star Metropolis); tertiary care hospital (JN Medical College, AIIMS and Medanta the Medicity) Public Health (CAREC, PAHO/WHO), Public Health Technology Transfer of PHFI. He has published over 100 research papers in peer reviewed international journals, guided over 40 students for their MD/MS/PhD and is named in 30 international patents. He is also the author of NBT sponsored book published by Churchill Livingstone, Antimicrobials in Laboratory Medicine (2000), Has contributed more than a dozen chapters in different books
